Walnut And Banana Bread

The banana nut bread is a moist and wonderful recipe prepared with mashed bananas and walnuts along with flour, eggs and sugar. Flavored with a dash of vanilla, the banana nut bread can be served as dessert or flavorful and filling snacks.
Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  English walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bananas 3 , mashed
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cream sugar and margarine, add eggs and bananas, combine with remaining ingredients.
Place in greased bread pans and bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
This bread freezes well.
