Spoon Bread, Georgia Style
|Yellow cornmeal||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Grated sharp cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), grated|
|Canned cream style corn||17 Ounce|
|Vegetable oil/Butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Buttermilk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green chili peppers||2 , seeded and diced|
Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into greased and floured bread 'n cake bake pan; cover.
Place in crock pot.
Cover and bake on high setting for 2 to 31/2 hours.
Slice and serve.
