Quick Graham Bread
|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sour milk/Buttermilk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Graham flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Beat egg, sugar and shortening to gether.
Add sour milk, soda, molasses, salt and flour.
Combine all ingredients just enough to mix in the flour.
Scrape into a greased loaf pan and let stand 20 minutes.
Bake 50 to 60 min.at 325 to 350F.
Nuts or dates or both may be added.
