Simple and Easy Banana Bread

Ingredients
  Sifted all purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shortening 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Brown sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Ripe bananas 3 Large, mashed
Directions

Sift flour, soda and salt together.
Cream shortening.
Add sugar then egg and bananas.
Beat well together.
Fold in sifted dry ingredients.
Turn into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350F for 35 to 40 minutes.
