Strawberry Bread

Ingredients
  Flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Frozen unsweetened strawberries 16 Ounce, thawed (One Package)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 4 , well beaten
  Chopped walnuts/Chopped pecans 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Strawberry 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Sift the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cinnamon into a large bowl.
Combine the strawberries, vegetable oil, eggs and walnuts in another bowl and mix well.
Add the liquid ingredients gradually to the dry ingredients; mix well.
Spoon the batter into 2 foil lined 4x8 inch loaf pans or 4 smaller loaf pans.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
