Spiced Pumpkin Bread
|Flour||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Baking powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Pumpkin||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Sift the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, baking powder and nutmeg together.
Combine the pumpkin, eggs, vegetable oil and water in a large bowl and blend well.
Add the sifted dry ingredients gradually and mix well.
Spoon the batter into 2 miniature loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes or until bread tests done.
