|Maple syrup/Honey / molasses||4 Tablespoon|
|Instant dry yeast||2 Tablespoon|
|Bran||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Rolled oats||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Rye flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
Combine water, salt, maple syrup and yeast in large bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
(Add flours slowly.) When thoroughly mixed, cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Punch down dough.
Divide into 3.
Grease 3 bread pans and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Shape loaves and place into pans.
Let rise 20 minutes.
Bake at 400Â°F for 30 to 45 minutes.
