Bread Machine Cranberry Orange Bread
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Room Temperature)|
|Bread machine flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Grated orange zest||2 Teaspoon|
|Dried cranberries||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Bread machine yeast||2 Teaspoon|
Place the milk, 1 of the eggs, butter, flour, sugar, orange zest, salt, dried cranberries and yeast in the bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
Set the machine on the dough mode.
When cycle is complete, divide the dough into 16 pieces.
Shape each piece into a ball and place the balls in a greased 9 inch springform pan.
Let rise, covered with a tea towel, in a warm place until doubled in bulk.
Beat the remaining egg and brush lightly over the risen dough.
Bake at 375 degrees on the lower oven rack for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
Remove to a wire rack immediately to cool completely.
