Scotch Bread

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs), softened
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cream the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Stir in the flour.
Press into an ungreased 9x13 inch baking pan.
Bake at 300 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cut into squares.
