Whole Wheat Bread Plus

Ingredients
  Dried yeast/2 cakes 2 Tablespoon, softened in lukewarm potato water
  Potato water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), lukewarm
  Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs), scalded
  Honey 6 Tablespoon
  Oil 6 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Nutritional yeast 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Bone meal 3 Tablespoon
  Soy flour 3 Tablespoon
  Milk powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Porridge 1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
  Whole wheat flour 9 Cup (144 tbs)
Directions

Mix 5 cups of flour with all other ingredients.
Blend thoroughly.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Add enough remaining flour to make stiff dough.
Knead until smooth and elastic.
Oil dough, place in bowl and cover.
Let rise until double in bulk.
Punch down.
Shape into 3 loaves, place in oiled bread pans and let rise slightly.
Bake at 375° F. for 15 minutes, decrease heat to 350° F. and bake about 45 minutes more.
