Whole Wheat Bread Plus
|Dried yeast/2 cakes||2 Tablespoon, softened in lukewarm potato water|
|Potato water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), lukewarm|
|Milk||4 Cup (64 tbs), scalded|
|Nutritional yeast||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Bone meal||3 Tablespoon|
|Soy flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Milk powder||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Wheat germ||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Porridge||1 Cup (16 tbs), cooked|
|Whole wheat flour||9 Cup (144 tbs)|
Mix 5 cups of flour with all other ingredients.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Add enough remaining flour to make stiff dough.
Knead until smooth and elastic.
Oil dough, place in bowl and cover.
Let rise until double in bulk.
Shape into 3 loaves, place in oiled bread pans and let rise slightly.
Bake at 375Â° F. for 15 minutes, decrease heat to 350Â° F. and bake about 45 minutes more.
