No Excuse Bread
|Dried yeast/1 cake||1 Tablespoon|
|Nutritional yeast||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk||1 Quart (Lukewarm)|
|Whole wheat flour||10 1⁄2 Cup (168 tbs) (Approximately)|
Soften yeast in 1/3 cup milk.
Allow to rise and bubble for 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well with large spoon.
Dough will be thin, for bread dough.
Spoon mixture into 3 oiled bread pans, filling half full.
Set in warm place.
Cover and let rise until dough has almost reached the top of the pan.
Bake at 375° F. for 45 minutes.
