Nut Raisin Bread

  Cake/1 tablespoon dried yeast 1
  Potato water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 7 Cup (112 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Nutritional yeast 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Seedless)
  Nuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Soften cake or dried yeast in potato water.
Add honey, wheat germ and 2 cups whole wheat flour.
Blend well.
Cover and set in warm place.
Let rise for 20 minutes.
Add rest of ingredients, using enough flour to make stiff dough.
Blend well.
Oil dough, place in bowl and cover.
Let rise again and punch down.
Shape into 2 loaves and place in oiled bread pans.
Let rise once more in warm place.
Bake at 350° F. for 1 hour.
