Shredded Wheat Bread

Ingredients
  Lukewarm water 2 1⁄4 Cup (36 tbs)
  Shredded wheat biscuits 3 , crumbled
  Dry yeast 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Shortening 3 Tablespoon
  Dark molasses 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 5 Cup (80 tbs), sifted
Directions

Pour 2 cups water over shredded wheat.
Dis solve yeast in remaining water.
Add yeast, salt, shortening and molasses to wheat bis cuits; mix well.
Add flour and mix thoroughly.
Knead lightly on well floured board.
Place in greased bowl; cover bowl with clean cloth.
Let rise in warm place for 2 hours.
Divide into two parts; shape into loaves.
Cover and set in warm place.
Let rise for 2 hours longer.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
