Cheese Bread

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Buttermilk baking mix 3 3⁄4 Cup (60 tbs)
  Shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) (4 ounces)
Directions

Heat oven to 350°.
Grease loaf pan, 9x5x3 inches.
Beat egg in large mixer bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; beat on medium speed 1/2 minute.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake 1 hour.
Cool.
(Can be served immediately.) Wrap and refrigerate.
25 minutes before serving, heat oven to 375°.
Place wrapped Cheese Bread on oven rack; heat 15 minutes.
Cut into 1/2 inch slices.
