White Bread

This White Bread is so spongy and delcious ! Sandwiches made with this White bread taste terrific ! Try out this White bread and tell me if you like it ! Your suggestions are welcome !
Ingredients
  Lukewarm water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), 115 f ) (115 F ) 105)
  Active dry yeast 1
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
Directions

Place water in the food processor bowl, add yeast and allow it to dissolve.
Add sugar, salt, oil, and 1 1/2 cups of the flour.
Process with the metal blade for 15 seconds.
Let rise in the processor bowl for 20 to 30 minutes.
Add the remaining 1 cup of flour.
Process only until a ball of dough forms on the blades.
Remove and knead dough on a floured surface for 1 to 2 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
Shape into a loaf and press into a well-greased 8 X 4 inch loaf pan.
Cover and rise in a warm (80-85°F) place for 30 to 45 minutes, until doubled in bulk.
Place in a preheated 375°F oven and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from pan immediately and cool on a wire rack.
Serve at once.

would you prefer me more different doughnut receipe i am much more interested in cooking i have found more receipe on it but understand the process is all same almost ingredient too

This is the most wonderful processor bread recipe. Fast, delicious , I was skeptic at first never using processor for bread..but I am believer now :) I did use bread flour instead of all purpose..3 loaves sitting on counter now!!! all under 3 mins of gentle kneading too ..love it!!! thanks so much..love this recipe site coastal southern california, USA
