Kneaded Soy Whole Wheat Bread

Ingredients
  Dried yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Milk/2 cakes 3 Cup (48 tbs), scalded
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Nutritional yeast 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Molasses 2 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat flour 5 1⁄3 Cup (85.33 tbs), sifted
  Soy flour 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs), sifted
Directions

Soften cake or dried yeast in 1 cup milk with honey.
Let stand for 10 minutes.
Add rest of milk, salt, nutritional yeast and molasses.
Blend.
Stir in half the flours and beat until smooth.
Beat in remaining flour.
Cover.
Set in warm place for about 1/2 hours to rise.
Turn onto lightly floured board.
Knead for 5 minutes, adding only enough flour to handle dough.
Shape into 2 loaves and put into 2 oiled bread pans.
Let rise again in warm place for 30 minutes.
Bake at 375° F. for about 40 minutes.
