No Knead Soy Wholewheat Bread
|Dried yeast||2 Tablespoon (2 Cakes)|
|Nutritional yeast||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk powder||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Stock||1 Quart, lukewarm|
|Soy flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sifted|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Whole wheat flour||7 Cup (112 tbs), sifted|
|Molasses||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Soften cake or dried yeast in 1 cup stock with salt and molasses.
Let rise for 10 minutes.
Add remaining stock, nutritional yeast, milk powder, soy flour and only enough whole wheat flour to make soft dough.
Beat until well blended.
Set in warm place and let rise until double in bulk.
Spoon dough into 2 oiled bread pans.
Smooth top with spoon dipped into cold water.
Let rise again for 30 minutes.
Bake at 350Â° F., 45 to 50 minutes.
