No Knead Soy Wholewheat Bread

Ingredients
  Dried yeast 2 Tablespoon (2 Cakes)
  Nutritional yeast 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Stock 1 Quart, lukewarm
  Soy flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), sifted
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat flour 7 Cup (112 tbs), sifted
  Molasses 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Soften cake or dried yeast in 1 cup stock with salt and molasses.
Stir.
Let rise for 10 minutes.
Add remaining stock, nutritional yeast, milk powder, soy flour and only enough whole wheat flour to make soft dough.
Beat until well blended.
Cover.
Set in warm place and let rise until double in bulk.
Spoon dough into 2 oiled bread pans.
Smooth top with spoon dipped into cold water.
Let rise again for 30 minutes.
Bake at 350° F., 45 to 50 minutes.

If this is the bread I think it is I will fall down in grateful thanks for the recipe. When I lived in Germany in 1979 there was a wonderful soy bread that was sold at a local bakery. As far as I am and am still concerned, this is the best and tastiest bread. I will soon let you know the results if it's "the real McCoy" by March 30th.
