Ingredients
  Yeast 1 Tablespoon
  Warm water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Onion flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Soft butter 1 Tablespoon
  Dill seed 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Heat cottage cheese thoroughly.
Combine all ingredients; beat well.
Let rise in bowl until doubled in size.
Stir down; place in well greased pans.Let rise again.
Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.
Butter top and sprinkle with salt while hot.
Sprinkle with caraway seed,if de sired.
