Mayo-Parmesan Bread

This mayo-parmesan bread recipe is a toasted french bread snack. Made with parmesan cheese and mayonnaise flavored with chives or parsley spread on the bread and broiled to a golden brown, the mayo parmesan bread is a delicious and easy snack.
Ingredients
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salad dressing/Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Snipped chives/Parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Bread slice 10 , cut 1/2 inch thick (French or Italian)
Directions

In a small mixing bowl combine Parmesan cheese and salad dressing or mayonnaise.
Stir in snipped chives or parsley, if desired.
Set aside.
Place French or Italian bread slices on the rack of an unheated broiler pan.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat about 1 minute or till toasted.
Turn bread over.
Spread some of the salad dressing or mayonnaise mixture on the untoasted side of each slice of bread.
Broil, salad dressing side up, 3 to 4 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes or till light brown.
