|Dried yeast||2 Tablespoon (2 Cakes)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs), scalded, cooled to lukewarm|
|Nutritional yeast||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Hard cheese||1⁄2 Pound, grated|
|Soy flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
Soften yeast in 1 cup milk, with honey and salt.
Let rise for 10 minutes.
Add remaining milk and other ingredients.
Turn dough onto lightly floured board.
Knead, adding more flour if necessary, until dough is smooth and elastic.
Place in bowl, cover, set in warm place to rise until double in bulk.
Shape into 2 loaves and put into oiled bread pans.
Let rise in warm place until again double in bulk.
Bake at 375° for about 45 minutes.
