Cornbread Stuffing

  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Dry cornbread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soy grits 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), soaked in 0.5 cup stock
  Stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Soaking Grits)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Sage 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sweet herbs essence 1 Teaspoon
  Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon, ground
  Milk powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)

Heat oil.
Saute onions.
Add rest of ingredients, using enough milk powder to bind mixture to good consistency.
This will stuff a 4- to 5-pound fowl.
