Banana Bread

  Cake/1 teaspoon dried yeast 1⁄2
  Sweet cider 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Whole grain flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs) (Mix Of Rye, Buck- Wheat, Corn, Oatmeal, Wheat)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Fennel seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Bananas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), mashed

Soften yeast in cider.
Mix honey, oil and eggs.
Add to yeast mixture.
Stir in flours, salt and seeds.
Set in warm place for 1/2 hour to rise.
Blend in bananas.
Turn into oiled loaf pan.
Let rise for 10 minutes more.
Bake at 325° F., about 40 minutes.
