|Cake/1 teaspoon dried yeast||1⁄2|
|Sweet cider||1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
|Whole grain flour||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs) (Mix Of Rye, Buck- Wheat, Corn, Oatmeal, Wheat)|
|Fennel seeds||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Bananas||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), mashed|
Soften yeast in cider.
Mix honey, oil and eggs.
Add to yeast mixture.
Stir in flours, salt and seeds.
Set in warm place for 1/2 hour to rise.
Blend in bananas.
Turn into oiled loaf pan.
Let rise for 10 minutes more.
Bake at 325° F., about 40 minutes.
