Brown Bread

Brown bread is a microwaved bread recipe made with wheat flour, corn meal and regular flour. Prepared in a microwave, this brown bread recipe is baked with molasses, buttermilk, egg and raisins along with vegetable oil. This microwaved brown bread can be served and used any dish of choice.
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornmeal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Molasses 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Lightly grease 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Place small straight sided beverage glass, 2 inches in diameter, open end up in center of casserole.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour batter into casserole.
Microwave uncovered 4 minutes; turn casserole one quarter turn.
Microwave until no longer doughy, 11/2 to 2 1/2 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Twist and remove glass; invert bread on serving plate.
