Sprouted Wheat Bread
|Warm water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sprouted wheat||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Whole wheat flour||7 Cup (112 tbs)|
Combine water, yeast, and sprouted wheat in Bosch mixing bowl.
Allow yeast to activate.
Add salt and flour.
Knead 10 to 12 minutes.
Shape into two loaves, and place in well greased loaf pans.
Let rise until nearly double.
Bake in a 350°F.oven for 45 minutes.
NOTE: For a sweeter bread, add 4 tablespoons molasses and 4 tablespoons oil.
