Sprouted Wheat Bread

This Sprouted Wheat Bread makes a sumptuous lunch with heaps of salads and spicy sauces! Better still, add some shredded cheese. Want to try? Tell me after you enjoy the dish!
Ingredients
  Warm water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Sprouted wheat 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat flour 7 Cup (112 tbs)
Directions

Combine water, yeast, and sprouted wheat in Bosch mixing bowl.
Allow yeast to activate.
Add salt and flour.
Mix well.
Knead 10 to 12 minutes.
Shape into two loaves, and place in well greased loaf pans.
Let rise until nearly double.
Bake in a 350°F.oven for 45 minutes.
NOTE: For a sweeter bread, add 4 tablespoons molasses and 4 tablespoons oil.

When you refer to "sprouted wheat" do you mean sprouted wheat flour?
