|Baking soda||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Whole wheat flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Combine water, yeast, and honey or molasses in Bosch mixing bowl.
Allow yeast to activate.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Knead 10 minutes.
Cover, and let rise until double, approximately 1 hour.
Shape into loaf, and place in a wellgreased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch pan.
Let rise until double.
Bake in a 350Â° F. oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
