Dilly Bread

This Dilly Bread tastes awesome! I never tasted such good dill seed bread ever before! Try out the Dilly Bread for lunch and come up with suggestions if you have any !
  Warm water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Molasses/Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Room Temperature)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dill seed 2 Tablespoon
  Dehydrated onions 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1
  Whole wheat flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)

Combine water, yeast, and honey or molasses in Bosch mixing bowl.
Allow yeast to activate.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Knead 10 minutes.
Cover, and let rise until double, approximately 1 hour.
Shape into loaf, and place in a wellgreased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch pan.
Let rise until double.
Bake in a 350° F. oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
