Carob Zucchini Bread

This Carob Zucchini bread tastes fabulous! Try out this spongy Carob Zuchchini bread for your weekend lunch and tell me if you've liked it !
  Butter 6 Tablespoon, softened
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Orange rind 1 Teaspoon, grated
  Zucchini 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Barley flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Carob powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Cream together butter or margarine and sugar in Bosch bowl.
Add egg, milk, and vanilla, and stir until well blended.
Add orange rind and zucchini.
Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl, and then add to zucchini batter.
Pour into a well greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan.
Bake in a 350° F. oven for 30 minutes.
