Sourdough Rice Bread
|Rice flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Baking soda||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Sourdough starter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned evaporated milk||13 Ounce|
|Butter/Margarine||4 Tablespoon, melted|
Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl.
In Bosch bowl, combine starter, evaporated milk, eggs, honey or molasses, and melted butter or margarine.
Add dry ingredients to moist ingredients, and stir only enough to combine.
Pour into a well-greased, castiron frying pan or a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Bake in a 425Â° F. oven for 25 minutes.
