  Hot water 4 Cup (64 tbs) (110-115° F)
  Honey 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vitamin c 500 Milliliter
  Yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lecithin 2 Tablespoon
  Non fat powdered milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Whey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Whole wheat flour 12 Cup (192 tbs)

Pour hot water, honey, and vitamin C into Bosch bowl.
Add yeast, and allow to activate.
Add oil, lecithin, powdered milk, whey, and salt.
Mix in 6 cups flour, and knead 2 to 3 minutes.
Add 4 to 5 cups additional flour, and knead for 10 minutes.
At the end of the kneading time, dough should pull away from the sides of bowl.
If dough clings, add a little more flour.
Well grease four 7 1/2.x 3 1/2 x 2 inch bread pans.
Remove dough from bowl, and divide into four equal portions.
Shape into loaves.
Place into greased pans, and allow to rise until double.
Bake in a 350° F.oven for 45 minutes or until bread is well browned and sounds hollow when tapped.
Remove from pans, and cool on wire racks.
