what is lecithin please? Vitamin C is in liquid form? I would love to try out the recipe. there are Vitamin C and Lecithin which ingredients I have never used in my bread recipes at all.

Lecithin is a term used to refer to fatty substances, typically found in animals, plants and even egg yolks. In cooking, lecithin is mostly used as an emulsifier.

Thank you for the quick reply. I am living in Australia. I haven't come across it at any supermarkets like Woolworth or Coles. any idea, where I might have a chance of buying it. And Vitamin C, I have chewable tables for my kids. One table is 500mg. do I have just to powder it and put it in as directed by recipe's instruction.
