BestEver Magic Milk Bread
|Hot water||4 Cup (64 tbs) (110-115° F)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vitamin c||500 Milliliter|
|Oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Non fat powdered milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Whole wheat flour||12 Cup (192 tbs)|
Pour hot water, honey, and vitamin C into Bosch bowl.
Add yeast, and allow to activate.
Add oil, lecithin, powdered milk, whey, and salt.
Mix in 6 cups flour, and knead 2 to 3 minutes.
Add 4 to 5 cups additional flour, and knead for 10 minutes.
At the end of the kneading time, dough should pull away from the sides of bowl.
If dough clings, add a little more flour.
Well grease four 7 1/2.x 3 1/2 x 2 inch bread pans.
Remove dough from bowl, and divide into four equal portions.
Shape into loaves.
Place into greased pans, and allow to rise until double.
Bake in a 350Â° F.oven for 45 minutes or until bread is well browned and sounds hollow when tapped.
Remove from pans, and cool on wire racks.
