Ingredients
  Croissant 1 , cut in half lengthwise
  Deli sliced turkey 1 Ounce
  Sliced boiled ham 1 Ounce (deli style)
  Monterey jack cheese 1 Ounce, thinly sliced
  Basic white sauce/Creamy dijon sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Place croissant halves, cut-side up, on micro-proof plate.
Layer turkey, ham, and cheese on each half.
Cover with waxed paper and cook on 80, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until cheese melts.
Pour hot sauce over top.
