|Croissant||1 , cut in half lengthwise|
|Deli sliced turkey||1 Ounce|
|Sliced boiled ham||1 Ounce (deli style)|
|Monterey jack cheese||1 Ounce, thinly sliced|
|Basic white sauce/Creamy dijon sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place croissant halves, cut-side up, on micro-proof plate.
Layer turkey, ham, and cheese on each half.
Cover with waxed paper and cook on 80, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, or until cheese melts.
Pour hot sauce over top.
