Cranberry Bread

  Whole wheat flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Low sodium baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sea salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Non instant milk powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Orange 1
  Unrefined safflower oil 2 Tablespoon
  Hot water 4 Tablespoon
  Raw honey 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Broken nut meats 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cranberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 1 Tablespoon

Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and milk powder.
Mix the orange juice, oil, and water.
Add the honey and egg to the liquid.
Stir the liquid ingredients into the dry mixture.
Add the nuts and berries and fold together.
Pour into an oiled loaf pan.
Bake at 325 Degree 50 minutes to 1 hour.
Cool on a rack.
