Egg Bread Muffins
|Bread loaf||1 (White Or Brown)|
|Cheddar cheese slices||1 (About 0.5 Inch 1 centimeter Thick)|
Arrange bread slices on a cutting board.
Cut out circles the same size as bottom of muffin tin cups, using a cookie cutter or top of a glass.
Make as many as you want.
Place circles of bread in bottom of each pre- pared muffin cup.
Place cheese slices on top of each bread circle.
Break an egg over top.
Add your choice of toppings.
Bake in preheated oven until tops turn golden brown or longer if you want a firmer yolk.
