Parmesan Herb Bread
|Italian bread loaf/Vienna bread||1|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Dried basil||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Dried oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Dried sage||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cut bread into 3/4-inch slices, cutting to but not through bottom of loaf.
Combine margarine, garlic, basil, oregano, and sage; brush on bread slices and on top of loaf.
Sprinkle bread slices and top of loaf with cheese.
Wrap in heavy foil.
Place in center of cooking grill.
Grill 15 to 20 minutes or till heated through
