Cheese Batter Bread
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), warm (or water)|
|Unrefined oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Raw honey||1 Tablespoon|
|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Whole wheat flour||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Active dry yeast packet||1|
|Sea salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sesame seeds||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted|
|Cheddar cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs), grated|
Mix the milk, oil, honey, and eggs.
Mix half the flour, the yeast, salt, sesame seeds, and cheese.
Add to the liquid mixture.
Beat 3 or 4 minutes.
Work the emaining flour in by hand.
Cover the dough and let rise 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Shape into a loaf and place in a well-oiled 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Press extra sesame seeds into the top of the loaf.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 Degree.
Cool on a rack.
