Cheese Batter Bread

Ingredients
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), warm (or water)
  Unrefined oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Raw honey 1 Tablespoon
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Whole wheat flour 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Active dry yeast packet 1
  Sea salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sesame seeds 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), toasted
  Cheddar cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs), grated
Directions

Mix the milk, oil, honey, and eggs.
Mix half the flour, the yeast, salt, sesame seeds, and cheese.
Add to the liquid mixture.
Beat 3 or 4 minutes.
Work the emaining flour in by hand.
Cover the dough and let rise 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Shape into a loaf and place in a well-oiled 9x5 inch loaf pan.
Press extra sesame seeds into the top of the loaf.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 Degree.
Cool on a rack.
