Ingredients
  Whole wheat bread crumbs 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Unrefined oil 3 Tablespoon
  Sea salt 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Seasoned sea salt 1 Tablespoon
  Seasoned pepper 2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Dash
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Mix the bread crumbs and oil evenly.
Combine the seasonings and mix with the bread crumbs.
This mixture can be frozen for later use.
