|Baking powder||4 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add milk, blend with a wooden spoon.
This will make a biscuit-like, spongy texture.
Heat butter in medium-size skillet.
Keep heat low.
Spread butter around evenly.
Pour in batter.
Cook for 15 minutes or until underside is golden brown.
Here's the tricky part.
Lift with a large spatula and turn to cook the other side for 15 minutes more.
Turn bread out onto a round plate, serve at once.
