Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs) (10 Ounce)
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs) (5 Ounce)
  Instant yeast/Rapid rise yeast 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Honey/Raw sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Water 7 Ounce (0.75 Cup Plus 2 Tbs.)
  Mild flavored lager 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (0.25 Cup Plus 2 Tbs.)
  White vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

White Flour Recipe:
In a bowl, combine bread flour, salt, and yeast, mix well.
Add water, lager, and vinegar, mix them well.
Cover with a plastic, set aside for 8-18 hours.
Whole Wheat Recipe:
In another bowl, combine bread flour, whole wheat flour, salt, yeast, and sugar, mix them well.
Add water, lager, and vinegar, mix them well.
Cover with a plastic, set aside for 8-18 hours.

Hi Breadtopia, The video's not playing. But I thank you for mentioning the ingredients and directions separately. However, I'd like to know that do you just need to mix the ingredients and not make a dough for this dish ?
