No-Knead Bread Part 2

Its flavor set this recipe apart from other. If we add few ounces of beer and a tablespoon of white vinegar it creates a unique and pleasing flavor all its own.
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs) (10 Ounce)
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs) (5 Ounce, To Make 3 Cups Bread Flour)
  Instant yeast/Rapid rise yeast 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar in the raw/Raw sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Water 7 Ounce (0.75 Cup Plus 2 Tbs.)
  Mild flavored lager 3 Ounce (0.25 Cup Plus 2 Tbs.)
  White vinegar 1 Tablespoon

White Flour Recipe:
On a clean flour surface, put white flour dough.
Dust with some flour, knead for 10-15 times, shape into a ball.
Set aside for a few seconds.
Whole Wheat Recipe:
On a clean flour surface, put white flour dough.
Dust with some flour, knead for 10-15 times, shape into a log.
Take 2 skillets, put parchment paper over each skillet.
Spray oil to both the papers.
Put the white flour dough on a parchment paper.
Spray oil over the dough.
Cover with a plastic, set aside for 2 hours.
Repeat same process with whole wheat dough.
For both these recipes, preheat your oven with Dutch oven or Cloche inside to 500 degrees.
Put the doughs in 2 different Dutch oven along with the parchment papers.
Sprinkle little flour on their top.
Make 1/2 inch deep cut across their top with a razor blade.
Cover the doughs with lid.
Reduce temperature to 425 when the bread dough goes in and bake covered for 30 minutes.
Then remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes or until the internal bread temperature reaches about 200 degrees.
Cool them on a wire rack, slice them.
