Whole Wheat Bread
|Whole wheat flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Lukewarm water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Unsalted butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut into pieces|
|Potato flour||3 Tablespoon|
|Nonfat dry milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Instant yeast||2 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a bowl, combine whole wheat flour, lukewarm water, orange juice, unsalted butter, sugar, potato flour, dry milk, salt, and instant yeast.
Mix them well.
Cover the dough, let it rise for 2 hours.
On a clean flour surface, put the dough.
Take 2/3 of dough and shape into a loaf.
With another 1/3 part, make 3 long strands, entangle them with each other.
Put it over the loaf.
Lightly grease the bread pan.
Place whole loaf in the greased bread pan.
Cover the loaf with a lightly greased plastic for 2 1/2 hours.
Place the bread pan in the oven for 35 minutes.
After 15 minutes of baking, cover the bread pan with aluminum foil.
Place your bread on a wire rack.
Let it cool for a minute.
Enjoy your bread.
