Bread Pan-Cake

Ingredients
  Bread slice 3
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Turmeric 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Coriander leaves 1 Teaspoon
  Gram flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1
  Rice flour 1 Tablespoon
  Chili ginger paste 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Soak bread in milk.
Add chopped corriander and onion and mix well.
Add chilli-ginger paste, salt, sugar, turmeric, gram flour and rice flour and make a thin batter with water.
Heat griddle and make thin round pan-cakes.
Spread scrambled egg, baked beans or chutney and roll.
