|Soft butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Finely chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned salt||1 Dash|
|French bread loaf||2|
Blend all ingredients except bread very well.
Slice bread quite thick and spread butter mixture generously between slices.
Wrap tightly in heavy-duty aluminum foil and set aside until shortly before serving time.
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Put wrapped bread in oven for about 15 minutes or until very hot.
