|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Urad dal flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
|Coriander powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Anise powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1)Take a griddle and heat it.
2)In a mixing bowl, add chapatti flour and mix it water to make medium dough.
3)Divide it into 12 portions and make small round discs of each.
4)In another bowl, mix all ingredients from dal flour to anise powder with little water, make a smooth stuffing.
5)Divide this into 12 portions.
6)Fill this stuffing into small disc and roll into bigger round disc.
7)Roast the roti on the griddle and baste it with ghee on both sides until golden brown.
8)Serve the roti dildaar with curry.
