|Bread slices||2 , thick|
|Cooking oil/Ghee||1 Cup (16 tbs), for frying|
1)Cut the crusts and cut bread slices into small pieces.
2)In a pan, heat ghee to smoking point.
3)Deep fry bread pieces to light golden brown from both sides.
4)Drain excess fat and when cool store in airtight container.
5)Use the croutons in soups and salads.
