Homemade Rye Bread

Ingredients
  Yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Dark molasses 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Flour 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Rye flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Caraway seed 1 Teaspoon
  Grated orange rind 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Sprinkle yeast over 2 cups lukewarm water; let stand for several minutes.
Add molasses and 2 cups flour; beat well.
Add 1/4 cup oil, salt, rye flour, remaining flour, caraway seed and orange rind; knead well.
Place in greased bowl; let rise for 45 minutes or until doubled in bulk.
Punch down; divide into 4 portions.
Place in loaf pans.
Grease top of loaves; let rise for 1 hour.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
Oil tops.
Turn out onto board to cool.
