Cranberry Bread

Ingredients
  Orange 1
  Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Unsifted all purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Raw cranberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
Directions

Pour orange juice into a measuring cup, and add grated rind, oil and enough boiling water to make 3/4 cup.
Set aside.
Sift dry ingredients into a bowl, and make a well in the center.
Pour in the liquids and beaten egg.
Stir until blended.
Fold in cranberries and nuts.
Bake in a greased 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pan at 325°F from 60 to 70 minutes or until center is set.
Cool in the pan.
Store 24 hours before slicing.
