Tofu Raisin Bread
|Whole wheat flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Baking powder||4 Teaspoon|
|Baking soda||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Pour the blended ingredients into the flour mixture. Stir well.
Turn into a buttered and floured 8" spring form pan.
Bake at350Ã‚Â° for45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Cool 10 minutes in the pan; remove to a rack.
Great with apricot preserves!
