Tofu Brown Bread

Ingredients
Mix well in a large bowl:
  Corn meal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rye flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Mix in a blender until smooth:
  Eggs 2
  Tofu 1 Pound
  Light molasses 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Baking soda 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Pour the blended ingredients into the flour mixture.
Beat well with a spoon (or use an electric mixer.)
Turn into 2 buttered 1 quart cans. Fill 3/4 full.
Cover the cans with aluminum foil and tie, tape or rubberband securely in place
Place the cans on a rack (or a vegetable steamer) in a deep pot.
Add enough water to come up 2" on the sides of the cans. Cover the pot.
Steam for 3 hours. (The water should continue to boil gently throughout the steaming process. Add more water if it gets low.)
Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from the cans.
Serve hot.
