Apple Butter Bread

  Rising flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs), melted
  Apple butter 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Golden raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)

Combine flour, sugar, and cinnamon; set aside.
Combine eggs, butter, apple butter, and milk; beat well.
Stir in pecans and raisins.
Add flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Spoon batter into a greased and floured 9- x 5- x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pair; 10 minutes'; re- : move to wire rack, and cool completely.
