Pumpkin Raisin Bread

Watch Chef Brian make this easy Pumpkin bread perfect for your thanksgiving feast. This is a "mix all in one bowl" batter recipe so calls for very little washing and cleaning.
Ingredients
  Pumpkin puree 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Buttermilk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 Medium
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ginger powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Raisin 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degree F.
2. Grease a loaf tin and dust with a little flour.

MAKING
2. In a large mixing bowl combine pumpkin puree, oil, buttermilk & egg. Whisk all the ingredients together.
3. Then add the dry ingredients and add the raisins. Whisk until you get a batter like consistency.
4. Once done in a loaf pan pour the entire batter.
5. Now bake it for 1 hour at 350 degree F. Check if the bread is done by inserting a toothpick into it and if it comes out clean then it is done.
6. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack.

SERVING
7. Slice and serve the Pumpkin Bread for breakfast or at teatime. This also makes for a nice gifting loaf to take over at a party.
