This simple technique shows how to make your own breadcrumbs with fresh herbs. You'll need a blender or food processor. Cut your herbs by hand. If you use the machine they will pulverize and then you'll have a paste. You can use parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme. How much is up to you. Remember to also add salt and pepper. Save your stale bread or use plain breadcrumbs from the store. You can make a quantity and store in the refrigerator or freezer. 1. In the food processor, add the sage, thyme, rosemary and parsley and blend.
2. Add the bread crumbs as they blend.
3. Add the pepper and salt and blend again for a few seconds.
4. You can use the bread crumbs for making herbed fritters and serve.
