Cinnamon Strawberry Bread

  All purpose flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Tablespoon
  Baking soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Frozen strawberries 20 Ounce, thawed and drained
  Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

Combine first 4 ingredients; set aside.
Combine oil, eggs, and sugar in a large bowl of electric mixer; mix well.
Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, stirring just until all ingredients are moistened.
Stir in strawberries and chopped pecans.
Spoon mixture into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2- x 41/2- x 3-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove to wire rack, and cool completely.
