Cinnamon Strawberry Bread
|All purpose flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Ground cinnamon||1 Tablespoon|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Frozen strawberries||20 Ounce, thawed and drained|
|Pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
Combine first 4 ingredients; set aside.
Combine oil, eggs, and sugar in a large bowl of electric mixer; mix well.
Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture, stirring just until all ingredients are moistened.
Stir in strawberries and chopped pecans.
Spoon mixture into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2- x 41/2- x 3-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350Â° for 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove to wire rack, and cool completely.
